K well the other day i had my first lemonade that was made of water, ice, mint leaves, and crystal light and i loved it. So I want to know some more recipes for drinks that I can use crystal light with. Also everyone has been say that it has an infrediant that starts with an 'a' that is supposed to be bad for you. Please tell me what this ingredient is again because i forgot and also tell me why it's bad for you.Thnx for answering.

I have had lemonade b4. this was just my first time having it with the crystal light recipe. Also please dont tell me to look at the crystal light website cuz my internet would not let me get into it.Crystal light drink recipes?
