My Fruit Salad





1 can of fruit cocktail,drained


1 jar of maraschino cherries(do not drain)


1 container of cool whip,softened





Mix all three ingredients together and chill for an hour.

Instead of adding water, use Bacardi 151, pour in the little plastic shot cups and there u have jello shots!Need good jello recipes or a light summer dessert?
Make jello as directed on box, when slightly firm put kool whip and mix with hand mixer, light fluffy and good.

I had this odd dessert when I was in Africa...





Make the jello, and while it's solidifying bake one plain white cake. Mix the cake with custard and add the jello once it's made. It sounds odd but it's very good!
