cookis wip creamWhat are some light, yummy, easy recipes?
1 package key lime cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter flavor shortening
1 lb. mango tangerine frosting
Preheat oven to 375掳F. Combine all ingredients, except frosting, in a
bowl. Stir until blended. Transfer to a buttered 9x13 inch pan. Bake
25-30 mins or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool
in pan. Spread frosting over top and cut into bars. serves 12.
This is pretty simple, but will require some more ingredients. It's basically home-made chicken con broccoli. Just get shell noodles, Alfredo sauce of your choice and fresh broccoli. Cook noodles, put broccoli and sauce together and heat until the broccoli is still a little crisp, but mostly cooked. Grill the chicken and add some seasonings that you like. Throw it together and your done. It's super tasty and not necessarily pricey and the chicken can be left out if needed.
mm..jicama is really good. Whenever I have some, I just grate it into strips and make jicama hash browns. You could always add onions, peppers, spices or whatever.
Or you could slice it like you would slice a potato and bake it in the oven for a healthy alternative to potato chips.
I think it would go really well raw or slightly cooked and cut up with some avacado to make some sor of salad.
except peanut butter...put yogurt, skim milk and a little bit condensed milk on those ingredients.
Peanut butter cherio balls
fruit salad
just roll peanut butter and cherios into small balls and serve them on a tray to yourself and have a good time.
Pour Honey Nut Cheerios into a bowl. Slice up one banana. Pour milk on top. Eat.
