There's a whole bunch of sauce recipes there. White sauce, green sauce, egg sauce etc. The horseradish sauce might work for you.
I throw the beef in my crockpot, then the veggies. Then in a separate bowl, I whisk together 1 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, 2 teaspoons ginger and throw it over in crockpot. Cook on low for about 4 - 6 hours. 30 - 60 minutes before serving, I take 2 tablespoons of the liquid and whisk it with 2 tablespoons cornstarch in a separate bowl, then add back to crockpot. Put on high for 30 - 60 minutes. It will thicken the sauce up.
For more traditional flavor, add the meat and veggies to crockpot. Then add 2 tablespoons minced garlic, 1 cup beef broth, salt %26amp; pepper to taste. Do the same though before serving. 2 tablespoons liquid with 2 tablespoons cornstarch and added back on high for 30 - 60 minutes.
